Q: What are the event hours of WBM?
A: 9:00AM to 4:00PM (gates open at 9:00AM)
Q: Can I bring my EVO/350Z/Mazdaspeed3/Miata/Other?
A: Yes/Yes/Yes/Yes-all cars & vehicles are welcome
Q: Is alcohol allowed or sold at WBM?
A: No, WBM is a dry event. Anyone found in possession of or using alcohol or drugs at WBM will be asked to leave.
Q: Can I bring my own grill/hibachi/flame thrower?
A: No. Open fires are NOT allowed.
Q: Will food be available?
A: Yes, full lunch concessions will be available.
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: Yes, feel free to bring picnic lunch.
Q: Can I bring my sweet butterfly knife, nun chucks, 40mm?
A: Weapons are not allowed at WBM.
Q: Can I bring my pet dog/cat/spider monkey/llama/unicorn
A: No. But Seeing Eye dogs are ok.
Q: Refunds?
A: No refunds on tickets. WBM happens in rain, shine, pollen, and biblical plagues.
Q: Can I leave WBM and come back in?
A: There is no re-entry allowed. If you leave and would like to come back you will have to purchase another admission ticket.
Q: Does my GF/BF/wife/husband get in for free if they don’t own a Subaru or are not Subaru enthusiasts?
A: No, but there is a special discounted advance “couples” admission package
Q: Can I bring stuff to sell?
A: No, only paying vendors can sell at WBM. Anyone vending or marketing products or service at WBM w/o being an approve vendor will be asked to leave.
Q: Can I bring my kids, parents, grand parents?
A: YES!!! WBM is, by design, a fun for the whole family event. Under 16 and over 65 get in for free.
Q: ATM on site?
A: Yes! But it is CASH ONLY at the gate. Please visit one beforehand if you plan on buying your ticket upon arrival. We will hold your car and treat it Ferris Bueller style while you go to the ATM inside Wachusett to get your admission money.
Q: Will there be tickets for sale at the gate?
A: Yes, but $20.00 per person only (no special packages) and again, CASH ONLY!!
Q: WIFI/Internet service?
A: Nothing official through WBM for attendees.
Q: Car Trailer parking?
A: Yes, if you are trailering a car to WBM there will be a place to drop your trailer away from the vendor, cars show, rally expose areas. If you are trailering please let us know ahead of the event so we can give you special instructions.
