(Fair warning... it’s a long one...)
This is my 2016 Subaru WRX Premium (6MT) in Crystal White Pearl, wrapped in an autobacs x studio procyon-inspired livery. I picked it up originally in spring 2022. It was in pretty mediocre shape - rough paint, engine issues, and clear signs of neglect after what looked like a former show car life from the previous, previous owner - but I saw the potential and have spent the past few years bringing it back to life.
The build is inspired by clean, aggressive Japanese styling - especially the apit autobacs demo cars. Most of the work has been done by myself or with friends, and a good chunk of the parts were sourced while I was in Japan for Tokyo Auto Salon in 2024 and 2025. I’m excited to finally show off some of the rare, race-focused JDM pieces I’ve been collecting, and help show that there are indeed some nicely modified FA20 WRXs around!
