Car Description:
Harold, our 1984 GL is a highly original wagon we have been restoring over the past few years. Purchased sight unseen via a Haggerty's online auction, Harold was purchased in New Mexico, then driven 2,400 nonstop miles to New England. We enjoy sharing Harold, and he brings joy to everyone who sees him. Other than a period correct Weber 32-36 carburetor conversion, Harold as he sits is very correct with his EA81 engine, and re-upholstered interior. We are constantly making improvements, which is difficult with a 40 year old car and no support network, but every challenge is completely worth it. We'd be honored to share the joy Harold brings our family with the rest of the Subie Brothers and Sisters at WBM.
